What is your current turn around?
Since all of the items are handmade and because of the amount of orders we receive daily please allow up to 2 weeks for completion plus delivery time.

 

Do you take custom work and if so How long does it take for a piece to be custom made?

We absolutely love custom orders and will be happy to customize any piece or make a whole custom piece.

The normal time frame for custom pieces vary, and will depend on the availability of materials, existing orders and the type of custom piece/s requested.

Most of the time, pieces can be customized in 1 to 4 weeks and we will keep you well informed of timing in our discussions.

 

Are custom items exchangeable/returnable?

All customized items are final sale.

 

Do you offer swatches?

Yes! We offer swatches on all fabrics. If you would like to request a swatch please contact us.

 

 do you offer rush orders?

We do offer rush orders for 2 to 3 days turn around plus delivery for a small non refundable fee. If you are interested in placing a rush order, please add the rush fee option in your cart

 

What are the shipping options?

we ship both domestic and internationally, for more information see the shipping information section.

 

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

we take pride in our work and strive to make every bride happy with her purchase. Although unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are handmade and intended for one time usage and to keep our prices low, returns and exchanges are limited to some items only within 7 days (see the return section for more information)


we do our best to list the measurements, materials used and try to capture the color of the product as accurately as possible, Please note colors may vary between computer screens. however all our customer request are carefully review and addressed.

all authorized returned items (exceptions) are subjected to 20% restocking fees.

If your accessory is delivered damaged from the post, please contact us right away and we will gladly exchange it for you , please contact us within the 7 days limit.

If you have any questions at all about a product please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us before doing so, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

 

*Refund will not include shipping charges and/or rush fees. Only the price paid for the actual item less 20% restocking fees.

*You will be responsible for all shipping charges between exchanges and returns.

*Only items that have not been worn can be returned.

*If an item is damaged or shows signs of being worn, the item will not be returnable and will be ship back to you.

 

 What if I accidentally enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout?

If you accidentally use an outdated or old address please contact us right away. If an item is returned to us because of an outdated address you will be responsible for a second shipping charge to the new address.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

If you are a Florida resident, you will be charged the state tax of 6.00%.

 

What payment options do you offer?

we accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

 

Do you take wholesale orders?

Are there any restrictions on sales and discounts?

All sales and promotional codes can only be used on items directly ordered through our website. These sales and promotions can not be used towards customized items, previous orders, rush fees, giveaway credit or shipping charge
